Age Spots Cause
Question by James C: white spots on dogs fur?
My beagle is about 3 years old. Over about the past 6 months he has develope small white areas on his fur. What causes this? Is it natural with age?
I don’t know if it is a sign of something bad or typical. (?)

Its called a Fluke or maybe it is just genetic

he’s probably changing colours?
Did you use peroxide on him? I used peroxide on my dog one time and it caused it to bleach his black hair. You may want to ask a vet also.
my dog also experienced the same. when she was younger, her color was golden black. when she reached 1and a half year, she had those white spots. i’ve thought about that. i thought that was because she is getting older but i found out that my dog’s father was color white. im thinking of the possibility that your dog might experience the same as to my dog…
