Question by kelly825782003: What is the most effective way to remove age spots?
I am 30 and have age spots all over my upper back. What is the most effective way to remove these? How much does it cost? What are some other methods that work. I have tried creams and no results. Does tanning outside cause these- UV rays from the sun? Can indoor tanning also bring these on? Is it possible that some health insurances cover this, or is it considered cosmetic?
