hello! I live in Greece where the sun is always shining, I am blond with white skin and I used to sunburn a lot! When I changed my food to more healthy (no yeast, no meat, no alcohol, no cigaretes,) and I detoxified my self, (for other reason), i found out that I can sunbath for several hours and I never got a sunburn again! so I agree,!

The Unitarian Trophoblastic Thesis on Cancer, as Scottish embryologist Dr. John Beard of Edinburgh University (College, then perhaps) called it, namely: pre-embryonic cells and healing cells are indistinguishable…and Drs. Ernst Krebs’ assertion that the naturally-occurring, hydrogen cyanide-rich substance Amygdalin killed malignant cells (useless/errant) healing cells is: CYANIDE IS A POISON AND LAETRILE (refined apricot pips) CONTAINS CYANIDE THEREFORE LAETRILE IS POISONOUS.

..blk skin ABSORBS sun rays…not block them..pigment absorbs light..thats why we dont have dont get skin cancer…hes not making sense…no diet is going to protect wht skin..less time in the sun = adequate vit D levels??? then what… U have to run inside for protection… nature would NEVER choose vitD over skin cancer

I should also tell you about my boyfriend, who is 47, and he work in the sun for about 5-6 hours a day. he wears a cap and sunglasses and during the warm months he applys sunscreen 100spf to his face to ‘prevent’ sunburn and skin cancer. he does not apply it to his arms and legs (he wears shorts from spring to fall). he now has 3 possibly 4 places on his face that is skin cancer. he does not have any skin cancer on his arms and legs, but they have just as much exposure to the sun as his face.

I absolutely agree!!! Take for instance roofers (poeple who roof buildings), they can work all day in the sun for 20-30 years. and maybe 1 out of 10 of those roofers may develope skin cancer. but why did that one person out of ten develope skin cancer? why didnt ALL of the roofers develope skin cancer – if the sun causes cancer? it probably had something to do with their nutrition and what they were putting on their skin.

I heard that sun block blocks UVB and lets in UVA which leads to skin cancer.
