Liver Spots Treatment

Question by House M.D: So. House M.D. crew. We have the second case?
Female – 51 year old
1. Skin problems (some red coin-sized spots on the back of the scalp with flakes on it. Similar to psoriasis, but except one problem – no one of her family has ever had it) It quickly responds to Bethametasone+Fusidic acid treatment. After 10 days – reappears
2. Facial skin problems, especially around the nose. Swelling, dry skin with brown surface (like impetigo) but is mostly not bactery related disease. Most likely allergy to Burr oil , or A+E vitamine overdose – but it is on 7 days from the oil use… Doesn’t respond to Tea Tree treatment, nor antihistamine treatment (H1 receptor antagonist)

other ingredients, which could cause allergy (Polyacrilic Acid from moisturizing cream)

When she wakes up , her face is covered with dry surface. And also she has bags under her eyes. She drinks a lot of water, but it is too marked. Has suffered from Hepatitis and has her liver damaged.
Bethamethasone+Fusidic treatment stopped 2 weeks ago, and a week before 2.nd disease appeared.

Regardless of what these signs mean, I would have a culture done to see what WILL help this go away. I would check for MRSA, right away. MRSA gets totally out of hand very easily if left unchecked, right away. The culture should tell you what is happening. Is she allergic to Bactrim? If not, I would try that, while the culture is being done.

sounds like the liver is diseased. and The Kidneys too.

    Autoimmune disease, Lupus?? (Just kidding)

My guesses are Dermatophytosis (would do a culture, and if positive treat with antifungal) or possibly MRSA.
