Interesting stuff with the B12 and raw eaters and fruitarians. But what’s about omega 3 DHA EPA?

    Dear Thoughtful20

I just wanted to encourage you to keep looking forward on your journey through detoxification and regeneration. I have been on Dr. Morse program for a about a week and a half now. It is not easy especially after eating cooked foods for so long. Cooked food is very addicting. Remind yourself how you will look and feel on this program and keep telling yourself your beautiful and give all your cells a smiley face. Don’t be to hard on yourself. Keep on keeping on.
    Blessing to

What do you do when you find it hard to stay on a raw food diet duringdetox and you crave or fall into temptation of the things we should avoid?….

Please clarify, when you say, “work on your adrenals ” what are we to do ? Thank you in advance for your answer.

@cintronbrandon, no worries mate because the grapes are coming in season, and pretty soon the citrus.

@thewaterfalloflove just keep in mind, no one looks good when theyre detoxing on fruit, lol, i wouldnt give yourself a time limit on cleansing, eat some bananas or grapes, or oranges or anything you can get your hands on, just listen to your body and if your body says winter is time to build, then winter it is but dont plan anything at anytime, just always listen to your body, 1 love

  11. thewaterfalloflove says:

@cintronbrandon, that’s somewhat what I am attempting – cleansing on fruits with intentions of rebuilding in the winter. I’m running out of time though. The berry season is over here and the melon season will soon be too. I think I have a possible 20 pounds left to lose of badly formed fat. I am 5’11 and 158 at the moment. I’ve already lost 12 pounds. I lost weight in the past on greens (did eat meat too though) and my skin, fingernails, eyes, hair, etc. etc. all were perfect.

  12. cintronbrandon says:

thanks for saying im a good guy, that made my day, i didnt know you read what i said to another guy that was bashing people who eat fruit and said all of them have teeth that are falling out, some people are so angry at their own life or situation that they hate to see other people feeling good or having fun, funny huh? get a colonic and chill, get the shit out of you so you dont get it on me..lol!! thanks for making these videos, just bought your book too!!! 1 love

  13. cintronbrandon says:

@thewaterfalloflove keep detoxing on fruit, i did this and people thought i was dying because i went from a muscular 215 to a skinny 150, but then i went back to 167 on basically the same food, just a little more veggies, your body knows what its doing, fruits to heal and veggies to build, but you cant do both at the same time, only eat both to maintain, i eat fruit and veg all day and a small cooked gluten free vegan meal at night sometimes and it seems to work out just fine

    Thank You

Thank you, Dr. Morse, you truly are amazing and such an inspiration, I just love you and appreciate your videos so much.
As someone else asked bellow, I would also like to know when do you know that you finished your first big detoxification (when you started with 100% raw)?
Have a great weekend, love xx

  16. utschb says:

You are just fantastic Dr Morse. You are so enthusiatic when you speak and you always have a smile on your face. Which makes me smile in return. I love and very much appreciate the information you are giving us for free.

Maybe a silly question, but how do I know when my body is healthy? How do I know the body finished detoxification? What do you recommend eating after detoxification? Continue with fruits only or add some other foods?

Send much love your way. Have a great day :-)

  17. Avrilxxxmac says:

Simply love you, Dr Morse! Confused about the B12 issues! I really am.
Whilst I don’t have an issue with B12, I know of others that do. They need to clean their adrenals, is that what you’re saying?

  18. RosalindandPearls says:

    UNBELIEVABLE…..But I Believe it!!!! ;)

  20. thewaterfalloflove says:

I am trying the fruit. Its good, but I have to be honest I felt and looked better when I was doing greens and lean steak. Maybe I’m just detoxing more on the fruit. I’m trying to stick to it. I figure I can eat greens and meat in the winter, but fresh berries are almost gone. I’m eating all I can.
