Age Spots Cause

Question by cookiemonster: Is there a common reason why middle age people’s arms nick and bleed easily?
Mostly middle age men get brown spots on their forearms. These spots bleed easily when nicked by an object or you bump into something like a dresser. Many men look like they have been in a fight because they have numerous bloody nicks. What is the cause and treatment?

wow, where do u see this, where do u live?skin like u describe usually begins in l8 old age,70′s and beyond!bloody nicks, multiple spots and “friable”(Medical word for “fragile”)skin is usually an indicator of advanced old age.unless u live in a very sunny climate(arizona, australia, etc)and these are fair skinned people who have never used sunscreen,u shouldnt be seeing this-untill they are in their l8 70′s and above!!!!if this is happening to people in their 40′s thru 60′s,it is very abnormal and they should see a dermatologist asap!spots that bleed easily sound like skin cancers(there are several varieties of such, cant tell without exam)>any1 with bleeding spots should be seen by a dr immediately.

I’m thinking it could be from age and skin elasticity. Try some Retinol-B, but do more research before trying it.

Not middle age by most people’s definition of middle age which is 40-60. Usually you will see this only after 65 – 70 – 80
