It’s hard to answer this without knowing a little more about you situation and the things you’ve tried so far. I’ll try and help. Have you gone through menopause yet? Depending on your heridity, there may be many things going on. Usually the first place to start is your hormones. If you’ve been going through menopause, have you taken any of the hormone replacement treatments? If so, what have you tried? Many people who have tried hormone replacement have had success, others have not. Depending on your genetics, they do play a part. I would suggest checking out your hormone activity. If you haven’t gone through menopause yet, this could be a symptom of the onset of menapause. There is alternative options available for those who seek them out. I hope this helps.
