Question by BEETCH: how do i get rid of these whitish spots?
Ive recently developed these whitish spots on my face. Ive been reading online and the closest thing, i find that it looks like the most is VERY MILD ECZEMA spots on my face (particulrly my cheeks), i try to cover it up with makeup, and for a couple of hours it actually works, but first of all i dont even know if im making it worse, and second of all, i dont want to have to just depend on makeup my whole life.Ive been using different skin cleansers and “skin fresheners” by St.Ives but its not helping not even a little bit!
ive been SERIOUSLY considering buying Bio-oil, because i was reading the label and it says that Bio-oil cures, scars, stretchmarks, aging skin, dehydrated skin and most importantly, UNEVEN SKIN TONE, which i very much think i have caused by the sun…why the sun? because i first suspected it from the sun, cuz thats when it first started, (AT THE BEGINNING OF SUMMER)
ONE last thing, I’m Latina, therefore i have tan skin, and apparently ppl with tan skin are prone to getting blotches from the sun, ESPECIALLY when the sun is really hot that day. PLEASE help me! i just want a perfect complexion again, like i used to have, is that SO MUCH to ask? HELP!!

First thing is to always use sunscreen. ALWAYS. Find a sunscreen that won’t irritate your skin. (Check out my blog for more info)
Secondly, you can give yourself a mild exfoliation treatment. Mix a teaspoon full of white sugar with two tablespoons full of olive oil and apply to your face in circular motions. Don’t do this is your skin is inflamed or red. This is only to get rid of any dry skin.
Cleansers, always use a mild ‘non-soap’ cleanser. The soap cleansers do nothing but dry out your skin. You want to leave some of the good natural oils in your skin.
Moisturize with natural oils like jojoba oil, coconut or olive oil. It may be greasy but it works. Or you can find a good non irritating moisturizer from the drugstore.

Mainly you have to try to prevent the eczema triggers, then treat the symptoms. I had eczema really bad for a while, but I started doing these natural treatments, and its almost all of the way gone. It only cost me $ 30.
