im 12 years old and i ant to know that is my age allowed to wear foundation? cause i got this black circle under my eyes and i got spots. so plz tell me and which UK store is cheap to buy cheap foundation?

Well I wouldn’t wear foundation. Get conceler. Just dab it under your eyes and on your spots. Make sure to get a lighter shade than your skin tone is

boots has great prices or superdrug but for the spots use spot remover and them use a LITTLE foundation . hope i helped
try the tea tree concealer stick, it covers spots and helps them at the same time

Go to Boots.
Test them all, make sure you find a shade, and one that has good coverage.
I suggest, as you have young skin, to use a light concealer.
Also, powder on top of that will help set it.

Don’t wear foundation if you’re only 12. Go the the drugstore and get a concealer.
And maybe a little powder to even out your skin.
