Question by ihateu: Dui under age HELP!!?
this is what happend i went to a club and yes i had a few drinks but the only reason i drinked because i thought was my friend was gonna drive so she got super wasted so we ended goin go and she was driving she was speeding and thats when i saw the cop and so she went into some lil streets and we just turned off the car and out of no where my friend asked me to switch her spots because she didnt have a liences and cause she would have gotton a dui and so i thought mabye if i do switch her spot they would just let us go cause the car was already turned of so suppposly he catched upi to us cause he said the lights didnt work and supposly cause the car he thought was stolen which it wasn’t so than he decided to test me if i was drunk btw im 19 so they did all this test and i ended havin a 0.05 but i got in trouble cause i not even suppose to carry anything!! so now i got blamed for somthing i didn’t do i was not the one driving it was the passanger! so what should i do HELP!

You were behind the wheel so you will be the one penalized, the charge will be a misdemeanor and depending on where you are you will get a fine and community service, your license will be suspended for 1 year unless you can get your friend to admit that she was driving and then you would not lose your license but you would still be penalized for Minor in consumption.{}
