Question by C.: Do SAD (seasonal affective disorder) lamps cause aging? I started using one and I swear I see sun spots.?
I am using it for mood enhancement in the winter, and I have it on sometimes for an hour or so while I’m working. Today after I had it on for awhile I turned it off and I noticed brown spots on my cheek I had not noticed before.
