People always think bad things wont happen to them, and they can’t be more wrong. If he or she won’t listen to you when you speak to him/her, I would get some pamphlets on skin cancer and leave them around for him/her to read. If you live with the person, leave them everywhere, leave one in the bathroom, in the kitchen, bedroom, wherever you can. You can find pamphlets at your hospital. Bring it up whenever you can, it might be taken as nagging, but it will get into his/her head that tanning does have consequences.

tell them about me. I was one of those people who lived in the sun and tanning beds. I had a great tan for years. Then I had a mole on my face that kept getting bigger …I finally went and had it removed and tested. 2 weeks later I was in a cancer center being treated for Melanoma. It wasn’t fun, and now I have over an inch long scar across my face as a reminder to not be in the sun, and if I have to be, I wear sunscreen.

Joesph thanks for replying, it would be good to ask people to collect medical records of the efifccy of this treatment so we can help educate the public and we need to at the moment ,the TGA has now banned its salke in Aust if you have any medical records, please let us know search the panacea black salve produciton, dont forget the salve can trat more than skin cancers

If it is a mole, then you should go see your doctor. My friend had a black mole and she saw her doctor. But it wasn’t cancerous. Don’t worry, I’m sure its going to be fine

Maybe not, because it has a clearly defined shape…not sure of what color it is. Here is an excellent medical website that has photos you can compare yours to.
