Hey I have had my hamster Gizmo for about 1 year and 3-4 months. I have noticed a bald spot on his back, not a big one but Im worried. He is still eatinng and drinking normal and is active. Is this cause hes aging? Thanks!=)

is it a male.. becuz i have sugar gliders and the males get bald spots on there head when the get mature.. idk about hamsters tho

Age Spots Cause

Question by thetigersnameistony: What are other causes for vaginal bleeding after intercourse other than STDs or tearing of the vaginal walls?
As a 30 year old female, I can honestly say I probably don’t engage in sexual activities as much as the normal person my age, so I have had a hard time determining if the bleeding I am having is related to intercourse. This has gone on for years, so I doubt it is STD related because I have been tested through the years. More recently I have have noticed that the bleeding definately appears the day after intercourse and it fools me into thinking I am getting my period.

It is not the bleeding you get when you have tissue tearing. It definately is more like spotting and lasts a day or so. I even feel like I have cramps.

For years I had pain during intercourse but the doctor never really saw cause for alarm and because I was never really that sexually experienced, (probably cuz it hurt.) I was never sure what was normal or not.

No I notice I don’t have as much pain, but the bleeding thing is more an issue.

I believe I have hormone imbalances. Could this be related?

You could possibly have an illness called endometriosis. Those are some of the symptoms that people can have with endo. Symptoms and severity of symptoms varies greatly from person to person. You might want to ask your doc and see if he thinks you might have it. Birth control pills help reduce a lot of the symptoms. Yasmin has been the best for me personally, all others I start getting all the symptoms back after 6 months or so.

Age Spots Cause

Question by AprilG74: I recently had a chemical peel, but my face never peeled. Now it looks like it’s actually caused wrinkles!
Any suggestions on what to do about it? Should I go to a different dermatologist and have another peel?

What is a good treatment for fine lines, sun/age spots, and large pores?
I did just what the doctor told me to do. I made sure to keep moisturizing sunscreen on all day and moisturizing lotion at night.

Question by Sewnmemaw60: What causes a cloudy spot to come in one eye?
I take Remeron and I am hypoglycemic.When I get this spot,it looks like a cloud and when I eat something sweet,it goes away slowly and sometimes leaves me with a slight headache.
I’ve asked the doctor but he doesn’t seem to know.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
No,I haven’t been to the eye doctor in a few years so could it be my eyes are getting worse with age maybe?
I’m puzzled because it’s just mostly in one eye.It blanks out my vision when it happens and happens all of a sudden.
I also am taking Xanax(just a pinch) in the daytime,because it’s very strong and I can’t handle a lot of medication.I am 61 yrs old and live in Va…USA
I would like to know if there are any nurses or doctors out there who could answer this question for me,or anyone who has had this problem.

I believe that is a cataract.

being hit hard or poked with something pointy in the eye can cause this, also, it could come from eye disease
